New Haze – Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance is our core business and is an essential step in taking care of your buildings needs.

Regular maintenance to both comply with legislation and manufacturers recommendations is paramount to reduce both inconvenience and potentially expensive breakdowns.

At Newhaze we have both the client and buildings interests at heart. We specialise in building bespoke maintenance programs to help comply with budget and legislative compliance.

We’ll then finalise a condition report before we begin regular maintenance, so you have a clear picture of what we want to achieve.

We have a computerised maintenance program called Frontline in which all of the site assets are entered and the frequency of visits. This produces a yearly planner which the client receives and can see when maintenance visits are due and on what items of equipment.
